Faulty Products

If you find that there is a fault with an item that you have received, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or refund. If you have received a product that is not working satisfactorily on first use, please contact us.



Please choose products carefully. We do not give refunds should you simply change your mind or happen to make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are deemed faulty and cannot be repaired, are wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a manufacturer warranty period. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that  Global Hair & Beauty Supplies deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned time frame. Global Hair & Beauty Supplies will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition and takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.

Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once Global Hair & Beauty Supplies receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.



At Global Hair & Beauty Supplies shipments of orders are made with ………..(auspost, Couriers etc…).

Freight charges are stated on the shipping page during checkout and may change without notice. If there is a problem with your order or we cannot fill it at the time of ordering, Global Hair & Beauty Supplies will contact you using the contact details that you provided in the ordering process. Please ensure that all of the details provided are current and correct. All delivery times stated on this site are estimated times only, and may vary. Global Hair & Beauty Supplies will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damage, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery. Global Hair & Beauty Supplies will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by a shipping provider, all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you. Once you have received your order you are responsible for checking it and informing Global Hair & Beauty Supplies of any damages, faults or missing items within 2 business days. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address that were stated in the ordering process. Please check that this information is current and correct, as Global Hair & Beauty Supplies will take no responsibility for goods being sent to an incorrect address.
